Payment Policy


Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

Minimum rental period:
You pay for the first month of your stay at the time of reservation. For each following month, the guest
agrees to pay the rent 2 weeks in advance of the following month, otherwise their apartment may be advertised and rented.  
Minimum Stay: 1 month

Accommodation is considered booked only upon receipt of the rent in full for the first month of rental

Cash  
in Canadian funds or Pay Pal are accepted as payment.  If you need to use PayPal, let us know and we will send you an
invoice by e-mail and PayPal will instruct you how to make payment using your bank account or credit card.  We do not accept
cheques or credit cards (only via PayPal).

Extensions to your Stay: To request an extension, inquire a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your move-out date,
