Payment Policy


Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances

Minimum rental period:  1 month

Accommodation is considered booked only when you have been informed that your application has been approved
and you are instructed to advance payment of your rent for your first month's rent.

Cash
in Canadian funds, PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer are accepted as payment.  We do not accept cheques or credit cards   
(although you can link your credit card to your PayPal account.)

Extensions to your Stay: To request an extension, inquire a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your move-out date, otherwise
your apartment may be advertised and rented.  Payment for any additional rental period is due at the time you confirm
