Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.
1. 30 DAYS (We do not take reservations for periods of less than 30 days)
Payment is due for the 30 days at the time you and the landlord agree on the rental of the
Extensions to your Temporary Stay: To request an extension of your 30-day stay, inquire a
min. of 2 weeks in advance of your move-out date. Otherwise, your apartment may be
advertised and rented. After a 30-day stay, under the law your stay is no longer
regarded as a temporary tenancy. See #2 below.
2. OVER 30 DAYS: Your tenancy falls under the province's Residential Tenancies Act with all
its rights and obligations of tenant and landlord. Pre-payment of your last month's rent will be
required. Ex. If you wish to rent for 3,12 months etc., your last month's rent is due prior to
moving in if staying longer than 30 days, or at the time you indicate you wish to extend your
past 30 days. i.e. 2 weeks before the end of your 30-day stay.) All temporary tenants now
wishing to rent longer than 30 days must also apply to become a long-term tenant. This
application will involve documentation of income/employment and other common good
Accommodation is considered booked only when you have been informed that your
application has been approved and you are instructed to advance payment of your deposit.
Cash in Canadian funds, PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer are accepted as payment.
Cheques are accepted after the first month of occupancy. Debit and credit cards are not
accepted (although you can link your credit card to your PayPal
